The campaign

Rooted in Vermont. Focused on the future.

Lynn came to Vermont with her young children to enjoy the winter skiing, sledding, and all things snow. After her children were grown, she stayed at the family home in Vermont to start phase 3 of her life. Lynn moved her business here and started helping other small businesses and individuals with their financial reporting and tax preparation. She has saved businesses thousands of dollars in lowered expenses and found income streams that were missing. She has helped her clients navigate tax agency letters to their benefit. LaFleur believes public service begins with listening, showing the work, and treating every public dollar with care. That approach has guided a career built around practical problem-solving and a deep respect for Vermont communities.

From town meetings to kitchen-table conversations, LaFleur has heard the same message: Vermonters want lower taxes, responsible leadership, and a state government that promotes affordability.

Experience

Lynn is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience across corporate, non-profit, and small business sectors. Her skills include an expertise in financial analysis, tax preparation, reconciliation, and operational management. She has a proven ability to uncover revenue opportunities, reduce expenses, correspond successfully with the IRS and other tax agencies, and provide consulting services. Lynn is adept at using a variety of accounting software tools to streamline processes and improve financial outcomes. Lynn holds a BS in Accounting and an Master's in Business Administration, both from Northeastern University.

Elected Positions

~Dorm Treasurer at Northeastern (Lynn's first elected position) Since then she has been elected as: ~Treasurer of the Stowe Republican Committee ~Vice Chair of the same committee ~Justice of the Peace in Stowe ~Member of the Board of Civil Authority ~Vice Chair and then Chair of the Lamoille County Republican Committee ~Treasurer of the Vermont Republican Committee ~Alternate Delegate to the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee in 2024.
